The Company, as required by the contract, will assist the customer by remote supervision & technical assistance. A well-trained and experienced customer service team guarantees customers a speedy and smooth supply of spare parts.
Mariani guarantees many year availability, after final acceptance, of spare parts of the equipment supplied. The wide of parts range in stock makes us particularly flexible, and we guarantee that spare parts will be available for many years after machine installation. From the statistical significance of over 3000 machines installed at many customers Mariani has lists of recommended spare parts to customers on annual inventories for all types of applications and services of their machines.
