e-Spares is an IT order system designed to speed up the supply of spare parts.

Using new information technologies and the Internet, e-spares improves the efficiency and effectiveness of information exchanges between Mariani and its customers, optimising both functional and operational integration.

At the moment we are developing and testing the final configuration, the spare parts required can be identified in traditional spare-part handbook drawings, or for new machines by using a hypertext handbook, accessed by selecting a menu with the mouse; in both cases the items selected can be added to the list.

E-spares is a functional system guaranteeing complete integration between customer and supplier, and thanks to the real-time communications, overall performance is greatly improved.

Thanks to a recognition system with passwords, customer recognition is totally guaranteed and information travelling the Internet is absolutely confidential.
